Personal Information Collection Statement

This Collection Statement applies to all personal information collected using web forms on the platform (including its websites, any subdomains of those websites, mobile sites, apps and APIs). Your information is collected by Cloudscene Pty Ltd (ACN 603 822 493) (Cloudscene).

When you use our platform, we may collect the following types of personal information from you:

  • your name, email, location, phone number, IP address, job title, salutation and employer so that we can provide you with services, communicate with you, link you to other users, manage your requests and, if we have your consent or are permitted to do so, market services to you;
  • your user agent data and data processor cookie IDs (in addition to the above information) in order to obtain and record your consent to the use of cookies and, if we have your consent or are permitted to do so, to market services to you
  • your website interaction data, cookie information and session data (in addition to the above information) so that we can conduct analytics to improve platform performance and prevent data theft, and if we have your consent or are permitted to do so, market services to you; and
  • conversation transcripts, screenshots and event data (in addition to the above information) relating to your support requests so that we can provide you with support services.

Information is collected from you either with your consent, for the performance of our contract with you or for our legitimate business interests (e.g. to allow us to protect against data theft). We may also collect information about you from your colleagues. We will only do this if your colleague confirms that they have notified you and, if required by law, have obtained your consent before giving us your information.

Cloudscene operates globally. Cloudscene may share your information within the Cloudscene group of companies and with service providers (e.g. cloud-based hosting providers). Your data may be stored in countries both within and outside of the European Union (EU). We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that recipients in non-EU countries comply with a level of data protection that is considered to be adequate from the perspective of EU data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can request access to your data or ask for your data to be corrected at any time by using your Cloudscene account or by contacting In some circumstances, you can request that your data be deleted. If you don’t want us to process your data, you can object at any time and we must comply except in specific, limited circumstances. If you ask us to stop processing your data for marketing purposes, we will always comply. You have the right to request information about the data we store and have the right to data portability in certain situations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
