TGT Union Financial Data Service (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (TGT Dongguan) is co-founded by Towngas Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (TGT) and Shenzhen Financial Electronic Settlement Centre.

TGT, one of the fixed-line service providers in Hong Kong, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong and China Gas Co., Ltd. (Towngas). Towngas has been providing services in Hong Kong for over 150 years with an indisputable reputation for its pragmatic approach to quality services.

Shenzhen Financial Electronic Settlement Centre is the first of its kind in Mainland China approved by the People's Bank of China Head Office and the Organisational Structure Committee of Shenzhen.
