The Namex technological infrastructure is currently hosted inside the CINECA Rome datacenter, which covers an area of nearly 500 sqm, in the heart of Rome, San Lorenzo, not far from the Termini train station, the Sapienza University and the National Research Center (CNR) offices.

The datacenter is equipped with high standard service continuity and availability systems, essential to meet the IXP requirements. Datacenter power systems rely on a double 800 KVA transformer, which supplies two separate lines, both protected by UPS systems and generator. Datacenter spaces are provided with (A+B) AC 220V power lines, with either 16A or 32A breakers.
