The Ixtlahuaca Data Center is located near the Toluca International Airport (Edo. Mex.), and less than 90 km from Mexico City. Currently, it has 2.2 MW of IT power, which may reach 8 MW in the medium term.

The Data Center is the reference for hyperscalars in the area, with its more than 1,800 m2 of IT space built in a 100% Carrier Neutral ecosystem.

The first building is TIER III certified, and the second will be designed and built to the same standard.

The center has air conditioning systems of maximum efficiency to guarantee care for the environment, while providing continuous service (24x7x365) to customers.
