Our data centre has redundancy built-in by design from all foreseeable failures. Right from the power supply where we have an advanced rapid switch-over systems in the event of power failure to switch over to our Cummins standby generator, to our cooling systems where we have multiple systems and capacity to cope with multiple failures, we have thought it through.
All cabinets are supplied with A + B dual power supply as standard at no additional cost. We have applied the learnings from our 16 years hosting experience and engineered solutions to cope with failures and maintenances, and then completed full end to end testing of these systems. Security
You can rest easy knowing that we operate a secure site with regular security guard patrols, active monitoring and CCTV. We take care of access with 24/7 access control and monitoring systems in place. All access to the facility is monitored and controlled with biometric scanners.
You and your team can also apply for 24/7 access. Individual racks or cages are secured so access can be provided at that level, while access to shared racks must be escorted by our engineers who are available 24/7.
