Situated on the Langstone Technology Park , the Cogeco Peer1 data centre is a huge single level site taking advantage of the former IBM hard drive factory based here. As such the data centre sits in the envelope of the original building which offers massive floor loading and ceiling height, as well as two incoming HV power feeds to the two onsite power stations. Two existing halls of 5000 sq ft each have been built out so far, one mostly used for Cogeco Peer1 managed services and the other for a mix of Cogeco clients and colo customers. Colo customers benefit from 24? access, use of build, meeting and break out facilities, large loading bay for deliveries.

All critical systems are of Tier3 standard, so n+1 on power, cooling, generators etc.
