Currently under construction, DC12 is expected to open its first phase of development in September 2017. Located across the street from DC10 in Ashburn, VA, DC12 will house 1,275 cabinets. The facility is a 2-story, steel-framed building with precast concrete that is designed for greater efficiency and flexibility for large customer deployments. DC12 is located seven miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD).
