Digital Realty’s datacenter at 850 E. Collins Boulevard is in a 121,000 square foot free-standing facility in our 69-acre data campus known as Digital Dallas. Electrical service to the park is served by diverse substation feeders, to our dedicated, privately owned, substation capable of delivering up to 100 MW of power.

The multi-tenant facility with around 60,000 square feet of raised floor space and 6.9 MW of IT load is located in the epicenter of North Dallas’ Telecom Corridor right off U.S. Highway 75 (Central Expressway), 25 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 15 miles from Downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field Airport.
