This 30+ acre data center campus is located at McClellan Park in Sacramento. Building-1 has three Data-Halls, each at 20,000 SF. Halls 1 and 2 are 2MW critical, and Hall-3 is up to 4MW critical. Facility is all N+1, with a dedicated 50MVA sub-station onsite. Power is from three diverse feeds, and 100% green power is available. As of January 2020, the building is ready for wholesale occupants. Prime owns 30-acres of additional property for build to suit, turnkey or powered shell projects at this campus. Power is from Sacramento Municipal Utilities District with up to 150MVA available. This property is formerly federal land, and therefore eligible for significant power and tax incentives.
