The Westin Building is the telecommunications hub and internet gateway for the Pacific Northwest. This 34-story facility provides access to our premier carrier-neutral Meet-Me Rooms (MMRs), colocation services, and downtown office space. Originally built as a high-rise office building in 1981, the Westin Building has been significantly upgraded with a robust electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Today, the building consists of approximately 290,000 sq. ft. of colocation, data center, and technical space as well as 110,000 sq. ft. of office space.
