H5's Seattle data center is located at 1000 Denny Way in downtown Seattle, adjacent to Amazon's corporate campus comprising more than 1 million square feet.

The 293,000 square-foot data center is served by Seattle City Light - a utility company that offers cheap, reliable power from one of the nation's more renewable energy mix (more than 95% comes from renewable sources).

H5 Seattle is one of the most interconnected buildings with more than 40 on-site carriers and direct access to XO and Level 3's long haul termination access points.
