This is a building with a storied history. It is one of the first purpose-built hardened data centers ever built. It initially served as a North American Air Defense Command Direction Center from 1958-1963. It housed an IBMS.A.G.E. computer system used to monitor and coordinate US air defense in the early years of the Cold War. Recently, it has under gone a complete refit to build out a fully modern and highly resilient data center. Power is delivered from an adjacent power sub-station with a potential of 120MW of available utility power. The closest airports are Spokane International (2 hours) and Seattle-Tacoma International (3 hours).
