Vivio owns and operates it's own, private data center facilities in low-risk geography Washington State, USA. Our engineers are local, knowledgeable and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All of our employees have undergone FBI-level background checks, and have their fingerprints on-file with law enforcement, meaning they are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Vivio's offices are located adjacent to our data center and both Vivio's offices and data center are protected with a magnetic key-card interface, so all employee accesses are logged and tracked. Further, accessing the Vivio data center requires a personal, 4-digit keycode. The data center is protected by motion sensors and a sophisticated alarm system to prevent unauthorized access.
