BIGS is a company incorporated in Singapore (Registration # 201220126M) and is the holder of a FBO Licence. BIGS is principally engaged in the business of providing wireline telecommunications network services, submarine cable capacity and wholesale bandwidth. Presently, BIGS fundamentally provides point-to-point backhaul data connectivity between two data centers in Singapore (Starhub Changi Cable Landing Station and Equinix SG1) and submarine cable connectivity to several carriers and is expanding its network in Singapore to reach other CLS’s and DCs, namely, Equinix SG3, SG2, Tuas Landing Station, and Global Switch (amongst others) with a view to have a more resilient and capilar backhaul network. BIGS also has access and capacity in several submarine cable systems (e.g. AAG, SJC, AAE-1) and is planning to build new submarine cable systems and capacity in South Asia and South East Asia (with a group of private investors).

BIGS offers the following services: • Wholesale and backhaul connectivity in Singapore for carriers, OTT’s, digital/content service providers and large corporates;

• Landing Services in Singapore for non-licenced carriers (non FBO licenced carriers) needing to land terrestrial capacity transiting or originating from Malaysia.

• IP Transit in Singapore and Hong Kong;

• Managed Services, e.g. “Remote Hub” services in Singapore and Hong Kong for International Operators;

• International Connectivity Services with selected countries leveraging on existing and new submarine cable systems.
