- Support Engineer:  After an internal training you will provide first-line technical support to our customers and partners. You will handle incoming calls with recurring issues. After registering the call in the CRM-system, you apply the solution or discuss with colleagues to find the correct solution. 

Profile:  - Languages: NL/FR/EN  - You can work in a team as well as independently  - Excellent communication skills  - Eager to learn  - Be able to analyze a problem and find a solution  - Graduate in ICT, preferably with a focus on networking  - Good knowledge of TCP/IP, protocols, routers  - Knowledge of VOIP is an asset  - 2-3 years of experience  - No 9-to-5 mentality  - Be prepared to provide on-duty support
