The SpeedIX Internet Exchange community is an exchange platform in Europe that offers free peering and free Layer 2 (Q-in-Q) transport VLANs. It’s a free platform, maintained by a community of fiber network owners in Europe.

By exchanging internet data traffic between its Members for free, the SpeedIX applies to the main principles of the internet: sharing internet data traffic between IP networks.
