Only through careful considerations and thorough engineering are new POP’s (Point of Presence Locations) added. 

Synergy offers unique solutions like managed fail-over connections and VoIP (voice over IP). Synergy has even provided last mile dedicated connectivity for Tier 1 carriers to avoid running fiber to non-lit facilities. Synergy partners with long-haul providers and other carriers to lease fiber into each of our fiber entry points. These fiber entry points then connect with fixed wireless (some licensed and some non-licensed) to our POP (point of presence) MTU (multi-tenant units). We manage our internet connections like we manage connections for our data center. Each connection is secure and stable. We also provide a clean connection because almost every building on our network is “1 hop off fiber” meaning it takes only one device to get back to our core fiber entry points. An internet connection is about more than speed, Synergy’s low “hops” make our latency levels second to none.
