The Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute at the University of Utah is a center for applied economic policy research. The Institute aims to enhance Utah’s economy, quality of life and national reputation by helping elected leaders, business and community leaders and the public make informed decisions. The focus will be the development and sharing of economic, demographic and public policy data, research and analysis. The Policy Institute at the University of Utah aims to become a trusted public policy asset to the State of Utah.
