Ixtlahuaca Data Center is located nearby Toluca’s International Airport (Mexico), and less than 90 km away from Mexico City. Today, it has a 2.2 MW IT power supply, which can scale up to 8 MW in the medium term (with a new buildout).The facility is the reference for hyperscalers in the area, with more than 1,800 sqm of IT surface built, in a 100% Carrier Neutral ecosystem.The existing building is fully Tier III certified, and the second one will be designed, built and operated under the same standards.

The facility has the most efficient cooling systems and most of its supply comes from green sources, with the aim of keeping Nabiax’s commitment to environmental care.
