Since 1968, the 144 meter high concrete mast has been displayed in the beautiful landscape along the Zaan. The Tower of Wormer, also known as the Nozema tower, has been owned by Cellnex since its acquisition in 2007. As one of the first five in the Netherlands, these telecom & datators were enriched with a data center.

The mast is always used for television, previously analog and nowadays digital. That function still has it.
