AMS4 is the only NEW wholesale only new datacenter being build in Amsterdam at a AAA location in between Science Park Nikhef/AMS-IX and Equinix South East campus, leading to minimal latency to both major connectivity hubs in Amsterdam. First hall will be RFS 1Q2023. maximum capacity 15-18MW IT. Currently already 10 MVA connected to site and more to come. Focus on customers >1MW, pref halls of 3-4MW (still 3 halls available now).

AMS4 is connected by multiple fiber operators ao Zayo, Eunetworks, Eurofiber etc through two separate fiber paths and directly on the international backbone between Nikhef/AMS-IX Amsterdam & DE-CIX in Frankfurt and will house in one of the worlds largest & best connected cloud players as a wholesale customer/ecosystem partner.

Technical design of the site is Tier3+ build around the strongest technological demands of a true global cloud leader and is simply best in town/spof free.

Sustainability : near waterless cooling, very low PuE of 1,2 and will be connected to the local heat district network of Amsterdam . Since the site is built on a former logistics hall/platform AMS4 scores extremely low on scope 3 CO2 footprint which is becoming more and more important differentiator for your ESG reporting.
